At Westport Harbor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure a hassle-free experience.
PLEASE NOTE: Westport Harbor is committed to ensuring you receive your order in a timely manner. Orders are expected to arrive within 15 days from the date of purchase. While we strive to meet this timeframe, unforeseen delays due to shipping carriers or other external factors may occur. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Certain items, such as final sale items, personalized products, and perishable goods, are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards and downloadable software are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return

- Enter your order number and email address to start the return process.
- Follow the provided instructions to print a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Refunds & Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If an item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund or store credit may be issued.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@westportharbor.shop within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-Initiated Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- Prepaid Return Label: A prepaid shipping label is available for select orders, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions & Special Conditions
- International Orders: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
- Holiday Returns: Purchases made during the holiday season (Nov. 1 – Dec. 31) are eligible for return until Jan. 31 of the following year.
